The area surrounding the property is lovely, its a shame the hotel doesn't reflect the surrounding community. Room was relatively clean, but looked worn and beat up. Toilet paper holder fell off and appeared to be poorly repaired many times. Sink missing drain plug so you have to look into a crusty drain pipe. Door bolt broken and missing. Refrigerator freezes everything. Noisy air conditioner. Awful pillows. Must ask front desk for a coffee maker and IF they have one they don't have filters or coffee. NO CUPS of any kind. You can ask the front desk for cups. What hotel room doesn't offer cheap disposable cups for water?! Fortunately we are experienced travelers and had our own cups. Key cards were difficult to read and took many swipes to enter room. The staff were helpful but seemed frustrated they couldn't do more. Again, we are frequent travelers and haven't been to a hotel so poorly maintained and lacking basic amenities in a while.

Location to Truist. Staff was extremely kind. The place was absolutely filthy. Food in the kitchen sink, dirty towels still in the shower, disgusting floors.

If you're are looking for an ESA this is the one to stay at kendrick is always so friendly and makes it enjoyable to stay at this location

Thd best ESA in America kendrick makes this place run like clockwork

The most important aspect of this property hands down is the staff from the housekeeping to the manager kendrick there is no better ESA that even comes close if I have ever had any kind of issue it it was immediately fixed and it is a rare occurrence anyway... if you're looking for an esa to stay at short or long term this is the property to stay at

That the location was confusing Can only get one pillow, couldn’t get any extra linen, the room had a bad smell I told the front desk and they said that it was nothing they can do cause they were booked

At the counter a girl said a man came up in her room 2x. That’s all I needed to hear. It smells like cigarettes & a bunch of men were around my car. I called Expedia immediately and cancelled my booking.

From Kendrick, to Rachiem, and Lance all are very accommodating
