Property Was a good fit for me

Room was large with nice clean furnishings.

Overall great place to stay, no complaints.

It was in a good location and plenty of accessibility to stores. Unfortunately that we had some plumbing issues that where discovered while getting ready for checkout. Thank goodness they were accommodating to get us to another shower.

It was so clean and nicely spacious

Most comfortable bed i’ve ever slept in! AC works amazing and very clean spacious room.

Nice large room. Multiple tv's. Enough seating and large bed. Dirty windows from outside, couldn't see the view. Bed was hard and no overhead lights. Bathroom light kept going on and off. Breakfast was lacking and not enough tables due to being fully booked.

Exceptional

We have stayed at many hotels in Monterey and surrounding areas. This is one of the nicer hotels. Staff so friendly and kind. Clean rooms. Continental breakfast has plenty of options for all.

Rooms were clean and of good size. Staff was courteous and friendly. Parking was free and spacious.

It’s in a great location. Beds overall are very comfortable! We arrived and had to change rooms because the ceiling had a large leak. Approached the front desk and the manager on duty reluctantly moved us to a room with smaller beds. Then when we got to the new room the linens were dirty and stained with black smudges and lip stick kiss marks. The carpets also smelled of mildew. I have pictures to show management if they reach out To us. We did approach the front desk again with pictures and they informed us that house keeping wasn’t available and offered us a new fitted sheet and regular sheet.

We were there with some of our car club members and everybody had a wonderful time. Very quiet and clean and the staff was very nice to us.
