Courtyard by Marriott Memphis East/Park Avenue

It was an okay stay would come back again

Exceptional

The coffee machine in our room was not properly cleaned and appeared to have mold or other growth inside, which was very concerning from a cleanliness and hygiene standpoint. We were also leaving early in the morning and there was no hot water available. Unfortunately, there was no one at the front desk at that time to assist us or even to ask about the issue. I have always associated Courtyard by Marriott with a certain standard of cleanliness, service, and reliability. I sincerely hope management will look into these concerns and ensure that the standards guests expect from the Marriott name are consistently maintained. I remain a loyal Marriott customer and hope my future stays at Courtyard will reflect the quality and service I have experienced in the past.

Very good

I loved the facility. Everything was nice and clean. The property had an upscale vibe.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice shower with good water pressure and quick hot water delivery. Room was clean and well maintained with some space to move around. We will return on future visits to Memphis.

Great location and safe

I didn't like that, there's no handle nor towle holder in the shower.

The card reader to get into the parking lot was hard to use. The sheets also had some stains on them. Safe location.

Convenient location, secure parking and friendly staff. Elevator was down during this stay. However, staff did inform of this before switching our room.
