The property was filthy the carpets the floors, the couches the walls, shower, hallways… the couch everything was filthy. I mentioned it to the gm and he said he would refund me but he never gave a receipt so I have no proof. The photos are ai even the vents were filthy and black. I would not go back and I do not recommend. The sheets and appliances were the only things cleaned. It’s FILTHY. It looked like cats scratched the couch and bed. I can not stress on how filthy it was. I’m disappointed for booking it. I decided to stay because my husband had driven 8 hours straight and was exhausted.

the lady at the desk was pleasant the fact that the back door was always open. There was no coffee, silver, napkins, or anything in the kitchen. There were people sleeping in the lobby. they didn't look like guests of the hotel. only one small soap and conditioner in the bathroom. also a Brocken TP holder Not a good experience to feel unsafe in a building that is not secured to guests only

I liked the layout of the room. The staff were great at assisting us with more blankets or other items we needed. The room could have been cleaned better, the counter in the kitchen area had food stains on it and the railings could use a good wipe down. For the most part the stay was great. I would return, but I would bring my own kitchen items since they do not provide them. Which is confusing with the pictures. We really did enjoy the stay. The space was enough to give us our own areas and still have an area to come together to play games. The location is great too. Starbucks is right there if you like coffee. I also enjoyed having two bathrooms since my daughter has stomach issues and tends to be in the bathroom for long periods, so that was great so we all didn’t have to wait. Also having different areas like the loft area where I could get up and have my light on and not disturbed others helped a lot when I woke up before everyone else.

The room was not properly cleaned the power was out in the entire hotel and there was no staff available to assist or answer question me and my family paid for a full weekend and only stayed for one night due to no source of power with my 3 year old we had to go pay for another hotel

The king size bed was upstairs where it didn't get cold like downstairs 😒

Gym is out of order, no ice machines, table and counters in room were dirty. No pans or dishware were available. Or even kitchen soap. I’ve stayed in hotel with kitchens and they always have the bare minimum this place had just plates, bowls, 1 large glass, 1 medium glass and 4 coffee cups. Just be prepared to have everything with you if not You’ll have to buy. Carpet didn’t seem too clean nor restroom

Carpet needs to be cleaned, bathroom sink was backed up, room smelled like sewer, nets were throughout the room . Had to request a blanket for the bed, and hand soap. There's a full kitchen inside the room without essentials to use as before (cookware, coffee maker,dishes, silverware etc). No remote for tv in sitting area and some outlets didn't work. Hallways smelled like mildew and dogs!

Nice place to stay but to many transients.

Staff was very rude. Kitchen was ok. Parking was terrible. I will never go back!

The pool is not open that was a lie then we get to our room there’s a bonnet and sex toy in the bed “how was the room cleaned prior to our stay”? It’s states breakfast well they have nun front desk stated there hasn’t been none since they took over lastly there are no pots to cook at all in the unit no dish soap and then the luggage carrier broke into pieces old and rusty! I was very unsatisfied with my stay ! Hopefully as it get renovated you guys do better ! You can’t even get a cup of coffee glad star bucks was right there !
