Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport

Everything Nothing

No breakfast. Parking fee. If you need to eat something in the morning, you need to wait until 06:30. There are much better options in the area.

😁

Staff was so helpful and friendly. I will stay again!

The room was pretty clean and had a nice design and layout, but the shower had significant mold around the grout and didn't feel clean. It's a decent place to stay and the price wasn't bad, but it could be better with better management.

Nice and quiet Pool was great Restaurant within walking distance Staff was kind and helpful The shuttle to the airport was great

We were annoyed to be billed for parking. They advertised that the amount it would cost to stay was included in the price they gave us. It would have made a difference in which hotel I chose. The hotel itself is very nice.

We really liked the contemporary touches of the room decor.

Everything The rates

The bathroom toilet wasn't quite clean. Our reservation had said breakfast was included so they gave us a voucher for the Starbucks Bistro and the breakfast there was nice.

Pleasant

Nice rooms, and they offer a free shuttle to the airport.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Clean and quiet hotel. Close to the airport with shuttle included. Overall a great experience.

Everything was near and clean.

No complimentary coffee in lobby. If you stay you should not have to pay for parking

I am not super political and am an independent but I do think having Fox News blaring does not set a good tone for the hotel. Some it is just pure propaganda

All together was a great overnight trip. Room and the whole place was very clean.

We were additional charges, that were not ours. After several phone calls they finally fixed their error.

Staff was great! Clean and comfortable rooms We were additional charges, that were not ours. After several phone calls they finally fixed their error.

Overall the room and property were satisfactory. I was surprised the room did not have a safe and the shower floor was very slippery. Our room attendant was wonderful and did a very good job, but the young lady at the front desk was very unwelcoming and very unfriendly. Also she was very slow to act when the gentleman in the room next to me locked himself out not fully dressed.
