Four Points By Sheraton At Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport

The staff are friendly and helpful, enjoyed my conversations with them. Airport shuttle was quick to pick me up even though it was late at night. Beds were comfortable. Will stay there again

Well we chose this hotel thinking it would be nicer than the Hampton up the street, but the ONLY thing we enjoyed about this hotel was the lovely server working breakfast. Other than that, the bar/restaurant was NEVER open, the room smelled odd and there were 3 roaches seen at on the second day of our stay. We also paid extra on Expedia for the breakfast to be included and we never received that upon checking in and was such a pain to even ask when we did order breakfast we just left it alone after it was starting to be embarrassing like we had to beg for our breakfast we already paid for.

We were VERY disappointed when we arrived and were told that they do not serve the free breakfast on the weekend. There was NOTHING about that in their booking.com ad. Also, one of the elevators, though working, was pretty bad to ride in. The doors would close but the ground floor button didn’t work well. We were inside trying to make it work and finally had to open the doors because we were afraid we would be stranded. One time, on the way down, my sister-in-law and 84 yr old mother-in-law DID get stranded coming down from the 5th floor. Finally they were able to get the housekeeping door (back door of the elevator) to open and then had to use the stairs to get all the way down. They front desk said corporate would not let them put an “out of service” sign on it and threat a part as been ordered. We will NOT stay there again and will probably avoid that Marriott brand going forward.

They did not serve breakfast this morning because of low occupancy. I have literally never heard of this and when it’s an advertised, included amenity in your stay, they need to provide it whether there is one person or if they’re full.

We were there for a quick over night and not able to take advantage of amenities. The staff were very pleasant!!

Staff was very friendly, like the free shuttle, it was very handy. I was given 2 water bottles at check in. Large spacious work out room.

The location to Mesa Gayeway airport was perfect for what we were needing and the price was great!
