If your going to have coffee 24 hours a day you might like to have someone make sure its hot, especially in the mornings. Room was big but there could be another chair. Otherwise it was a nice hotel.

The room was great, very spacious, the rest of hotel was also nice. Breakfast was the best continental breakfast I've had in a long time.

Location is very convenient, hotel staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Room was basic, but very clean. Excellent value for the cost, would definitely stay again. We travel with a small dog, and the hotel is pet friendly. The website advertised a $25 nonrefundable pet deposit, but we were charged $75. When I asked about it, it was quickly corrected.

They was very friendly and accommodated my needs as I needed to change a booked room from Booking to a double bed they didn't charge extra . They also had a great system for snacks was a great experience , Good workers and clean foyers , Pool was outside my room and I could not hear anyone . Great stay , Great staff , Next time will have breakfast and will stay with spark again .100 stars not a thing

We enjoyed our stay, the reception staff were very welcoming,the room was very good and clean, the facilities ie pool and fitness room good, breakfast was well organised and a good choice food available Our room, the towels were not changed until the day before we left and the bed sheets were never changed or the remade.

Would have rated the stay higher however we booked this hotel because it offered shuttle service to the Mesa airport. We were told that the shuttle service would be available from 6 am to 6 pm. We landed at 2:30 pm and called the hotel for the shuttle and were told that the driver was not available. We had to call an Uber at a cost of $21.97. A backup shuttle driver should have been available. Deceptive advertising.

This property has been remodeled since the last time we stayed there. It looks great, staff was friendly and free shuttle to the airport starting at 6 am. Breakfast looked decent, we didn't eat there. It was more than a bagel bar - eggs, sausage, cereals, fruit, muffins. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Customer Service and rooms are very clean!

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room and common areas clean. Coffee cart 24/7 with cold coffee. Staff very friendly and helpful Large room with no storage or space for clothing. Our clothes all over room and on desk and tv unit. A/c did not reach bathroom.

Did not sleep at all. The person in the 3rd floor kept stomping on the roof and did not let us sleep

Clean room quiet and friendly staff

First, the good things - this is right across the street from Revel Surf, which is why I stayed here in the first place, so location was excellent if you're headed to Revel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they were delightful to interact with. Now the not-so-good stuff, and this has more to do with the owner/s of the hotel. When I first entered my room, it smelled like dirty socks or maybe some Doritos. Not a good smell, and it usually means that the carpet is long overdue for steam cleaning. There were no water bottles, in the event I got thirsty, and this is Arizona so everyone is thirsty. I can't remember a time when I stayed at a hotel where they don't provide at least 2 water bottles. There weren't even cups so I could drink water from the sink. I had to go downstairs to get a plastic cup. Now the noise....the air conditioner was so loud that I had to leave the fan on the entire time or it would wake me up when the AC kicked in. And the walls were so thin.....I could hear everywhere the people upstairs were walking, and for some reason they decided they needed exercise at 2 in the morning. It sounded like a herd of baby elephants up there. So one can assume the property was built very inexpensively and that the owners are cheapskates. If you have poor hearing, no sense of smell, and don't drink water, this could be a good place for you. However, I will likely stay there again just because it's so close to Revel Surf.
