There are several restaurants just a short walk downhill from the hotel. My favorite is the Italian restaurant. It’s a huge menu, so there’s something to please everyone – even gluten-free choices.

Great location to shops and restaurants. It sits on top of the hill and you can see a nice sunset from the pool. Very quiet.

Breakfast was excellent.. It seemed like some motor was running during the night. Quite loud. Probably some kind of equipment. It didn't spoil the stay. Also the TV remote is a little confusing, but that's probably me being technologically challenged.

It’s a very clean property and I enjoyed the pool. It’s not very close to much as far as walking goes, so that’s a bummer, but I knew that booking the hotel. I still walked everywhere but the closest major shopping center was over a mile walk. The power also went out in the middle of the night and I was the one to walk up and inform the front desk why (due to a simple google search explaining that SCE had cut power due to maintenance in the area). The bar (although delicious) also isn’t open until 4 which is kind of a bummer considering there really isn’t anything close to rave about. It would be awesome if the bar/restaurant opened at noon/1pm 6 days a week.

This Ayres property is very attractive with comfortable rooms. This was our second stay here, and will be our choice if we travel to the area again. The area is quiet and the room was serviced 2 of the 3 days we were there, which doesn’t happen everywhere these days.

Breakfast had a good variety if items - very nice!! Outside patio was very nice to sit and relax in.

We stayed at this hotel while attending the Ohana Festival. It was a little farther away from the festival than we would have liked, but the hotel itself was perfect for us. It was very clean, comfortable, and a great value for the price. We had a really good experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

The room had a distinct odor, I don’t know how else to explain it but it smelled “old”. We ran the AC to freshen up the room. The AC worked well to cool off but made a noise that was tolerable in the day time but will keep you up if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, this Ayres is not as modern as others we stayed at but it’s okay for a couple nights stay. We stayed a 3 nights but would not recommend.

the staff is the real jewel here. very comfortable room, nice gym, great breakfast. the reception staff, gold stars, personal & truly helpful service.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice pool and hot tub. The complimentary breakfast was good. And we liked that there was a restaurant next to the hotel.
