Great location, 1 block from the waterfront pier and many, many shops and restaurants.

Not really that close, about 4-5 miles, the near town, but overall good Far to grab stuff, and food

Breakfast buffet was beyond excellent. Service and food selection was fantastic. Short walk to Fisherman's wharf was a highlight. Very close to fun activities and shopping. Felt very safe.

Extremely thin walls . Heard every word of the people next to us conversation all night long. They charge a $25 destination fee even though the hotel is priced high based upon the destination: also valet parking only. Location is good. Thats it

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The shower was awful, terrible water pressure, hard to switch off and very slippy inside the bath. The cold water tap took 5 minutes to run cold, so showers and using the sink took a long time to get the water temperature right. We received no housekeeping during our stay, although to be fair, when we complained they replaced the towels. They charge a destination fee of$30 a night which was on top of what we paid despite when we booked it being told that the amount included all fees. The hotel cost over $600 a night and was absolutely not worth it. Also it was booked on the basis of breakfast being included but despite us being 3 adults and a 16 year old, breakfast was only available to two adults and two under 12’s. This was not made clear on the booking but this may not be anything to do with the hotel and more to do with booking.com.

I love the location, how clean the property was, how quick they were to help me with my late check-in, and how clean the room was.

reception was so nice food for dinner was excellent room was big , clean and comfortable pillows were soft and thin
