The room was pretty spacious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I feel like the atrium could use some updating (a lot of it). Breakfast was included but was not very good.

There was a water main break in the area so we were advised not to drink the water or use the ice. It would have been nice if they would have supplied bottled water

One of the best parts was the free pick‑up from the airport and free drop‑off back again. The shuttle was prompt, friendly, and made the whole experience completely stress‑free — especially being so close to RDU. The location is ideal, with easy access to the airport, nearby restaurants, and main roads. Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. A reliable and convenient place for an overnight stay, and we’d happily return when passing through the area again.

Checking in was problematic when I arrived to get the key. In the room were ants over by the window and sofa. Not enough towels or wash clothes in the bathroom.

Super helpful staff! The hotel is close to the airport with shuttle starting around 4am. Clean, comfortable rooms with plenty of space. Hot breakfast! UNFORTUNATELY, the pool has been drained. 1 of the 2 elevators are out of order. I give it 8/10

We always stay here when flying out of town. It is clean and safe. The staff is friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers are always friendly and helpful, and punctual.

The facility was immaculate and the staff were very helpful. It was completely accessible for me in my wheelchair.

This property needs remodel and we wouldn’t stay here again until all would be completed. The first room given smelled of mold and like dirty wet rugs. Fortunately the front desk staff was very kind and changed our room to a different floor. Staff also helpful to give towels when needed. The second room was fine. There is no pool. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. Breakfast sparse. Waffle was fine that we made. Lacked fresh fruit. Parking fine. Outback seating very limited but adequate. Grateful it did NOT smell like skunk.

Close to airport, only 4 minutes. Starbuck is about 4 minutes. Gas station is about 3 minutes. Room was ok and cleaned. Shower takes a while to heat up. Breakfast is below average. Plenty of parking, They give you a sticker with numbers to put inside your dashboard.

Room 206 has a tan ceiling tile that appears to have been wet at some point.

0/10 stay. Do NOT recommend. Front staff are not helpful and have no sympathy for any travelers. 0/10, wouldn’t ever recommend to anyone ever.

We came in very late and needed milk for our one year old. The shuttle took us free of charge (tipped) to a gas station. Staff was wonderful.

This is close proximity to RDU airport and car rentals. The pool looked nice but didn’t swim.
