Hyatt Place Raleigh-Durham Airport

My overall experience was positive. The room was spacious, comfy bed, generally clean, and the lobby was nice. But, the shower drain was partially clogged and the furnishings a bit dated.

overall

P

There was never enough towels and bath clothes. Housekeeping did not come by everyday to clean the room and bring fresh towels and bath clothes. Every-time I ask for a set of towels it was they didn’t have enough cleaned

I never got my deposit back, even after multiple calls and attempts, the beds were not comfortable, we left early, I would not stay again.

Was a very nice stay clean and comfortable

The room was clean and staff was friendly. Overall a very good stay.

I have to admit that this is not what I expected out of a Hyatt. This hotel definitely needs to consider doing some upgrades in their rooms. The was rust in the bathroom, you can tell that the furniture is getting old, and unfortunately when I grabbed one of the towels; there was brown stuff on it. Hyatt hotels are normal very nice and very well kept but this one is in need of some TLC.

This hotel was DISGUSTING!! The tub was rusted, the caulk was lifting, there was black mold around the shower. The wall looked to be separating or perhaps water logged. There was questionable red stain in the carpet. The pillows had brown stairs and the bedding had tears in it. STAY AWAY

Comfy bed.

Breakfast and location was good. The room carpet needs to be replaced.

Perfect location near the airport. Lovely staff. Comfy room.

Russell the GM was very most helpful and he wore at least 4 hats. The Van Driver, The GM, the bar tender and he was also the receptionist. So my hat goes off to him. He didn’t do his jobs murmuring or complaining GodBless him. 🙏🙏

Clean room

Great location!!! Nice free breakfast Our room was large and very comfortable, Good beds and pillows. However there was mold in the bathroom, the recaulking areas were very shoddy, and mismatched, the carpet war torn ad stained and furniture was stained. The hotel was very dated and lobby furniture very worn, dark and dingy looking with no welcoming couch seating areas. Not up to HYATT standards in my opinion. This Hotel really needs a refresh!!!!!!1

Exceptional

Great room and service. Nice value!

The air conditioner sounded like a truck idling in the backyard. Several outlets didn't work, and I had to try multiple ones just to charge my phone. The faucet was old and difficult to operate. The swimming pool was supposed to open at 9 AM, but it was still closed around 10 AM, and the water was visibly dirty. On top of all this, it felt like airplanes were landing right over my head all night. When we raised these concerns with the manager, he said he couldn't do anything since I booked through Expedia, and told us to contact Expedia so they could call him to sort things out. This was frustrating, as it felt like I was being passed back and forth instead of getting a real resolution on-site. Given all of these issues, I am requesting a refund for this stay. I hope this can be resolved promptly.

Convenu ce of location The bed was uncomfortable

Good stay
