The restaurant was wonderful and room was very nicdc The pool was cold and pool roof was leaking on us. I was looking forward to swimming but we only stood in pool and then got out.

Too noisy. You can hear the noise from the nextdoor. Too loud. Can't sleep well at night.

NO warm or hot water for both of our rooms for our entire stay while front desk staff, the manager and even Hilton customer service lied and gas-lit us about it. After speaking with other customers it sounds like this is a frequent problem at this location. Hilton denied our request for money back. We were never able to shower.

Very weird property. Indoor pool which is huge is center of bldg. rooms on the sides of the pool have a door/window into the inside pool room only. No exterior window. Only elevator is in the pool facility area. Hard to explain how utterly weird the building design is. Place should be leveled and rebuilt. Snack shop had nothing but junk food. Menu at bar area (which they pretend is a restaurant) is small and lacking. Bed lumpy. Only bright spot is decent coffee. Cannot recommend. Staff was fine. They are not the problem. Cannot believe Sheraton owns this.

The bed was comfortable. The bed pillows were really good. They weren't those small flat pillows which was a plus. The breakfast was very good with a great server. The hotel itself was beautiful and very close to everything. The hallways were very dark. They were too dark especially for people with low vision. It's a hotel so the hallways should be a bit brighter. I had to pay extra for breakfast. Breakfast did not come with the hotel room. The hotel room was a bit pricey. The hotel room didn't have a sofa. It needed more comfortable sitting especially for a pair seniors.
