Had a wonderful stay! Spotless and spacious room, really appreciated the sofa for additional seating. Comfy bed. Lovely staff. Excellent location.. within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants and a few minute drive to the downtown area.

We had the best time here. Mystic is so cute! Enjoyed the heated pool. We missed breakfast unfortunately but it looked good haha. Would love to come back!

This did not meet my expectations of a Hyatt although it was indeed my first stay at a Hyatt Place.

Received a confirmation email acknowledging that a pet was accompanying me with a statement saying that "no additional charges" would be incurred only to find out at check-in that there was an additional $100 fee. Ridiculous that I was not informed before check-in about this.

The hotel is beautiful and our room was very spacious and well-appointed. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choices and the coffee was excellent!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The chairs in the lobby where we sat for breakfast are super low. As an older person it was hard to get up and down from them! The location is lovely, surrounded by trees, but making a left out of the parking lot is difficult because there's a curve that cars come around quickly.
