Staff was extremely helpful and friendly The BED, it felt hard and cheap. For $500. a night to sleep on what felt like a poolside chaise lounger

Breakfast was busy. Items ran out. There are two lifts and they can be very slow. Room is comfortable and convenient for my work. Needed to ask to have my room tidied.

Nice and professional staff. I was happy with my stay.

No tea baga. Coffee machine extremely basic.

Nice, clean room, staff was very friendly. Little difficulty with keeping the air conditioner at a good temperature.

Staff was exceptional - everyone I interacted with. I have never been in a hotel with better general ambiance! Rooms are spotless, gym is very well equipped, location is good for catching tube in every direction you need to.

This was my second time staying at the Hampton in Brooklyn, NY and I do plan to stay there in the future.

Room had nice city view and mini fridge. No microwave however. Staff very helpful and friendly. Water and soda available at front desk. A bar and restaurant in hotel was a very nice extra! Great location.

The staff were excellent !!!!! The location and the price. The room was not comparable to the price. I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express the night before in the same king bed room with the same amenities for a half the price. The location was convenient but I had to try to sleep through traffic noise, honking horns, sirens and fire truck air horns. I’ve got a high tolerance for such things, but for that price . So I’ve decided to settle for less convenient accommodations for a better value. But like the old saying goes,,, ‘you pay for convenience’. But only if it’s worth it. This trip,,NOT SO MUCH,, . Which brings me to the other old saying,, ‘ live and learn and don’t make the same mistakes twice’…..

It is located in a great part of Brooklyn, close to stores, restaurants and public transportation. The staff is friendly and helpful.
