Nothing! I didn’t stay the night I had booked because I couldn’t stand the place. The room was dirty. It smelled musty. The old towels. The bed unconfortable

I loved the free wine and popcorn for happy hour! I didn't like that they didn't have parking accommodations EVEN THOUGH I TRIED TO RESERVE PARKING IN ADVANCE!

This hotel was truly awful. And from someone who books approximately 40,000 room nights a year and manages a travel budget of 18 million, I don’t say this lightly. The staff were useless. Seem to loose their memory 3 seconds after anything was asked or requested.

Ok location in downtown Brooklyn w quick bridge access to Manhattan. Rooms are bit dated and in need of a refresh. The main issue is the noise. We were on the 2nd floor and it was incredibly loud with street work (specifically jackhammering outside) that sounded like it was happening in the room. Also felt the room shake when the train would go by. Not a great place for rest due to noise.

Very nice place, good location - room could use some touch ups, the mirror in the bathroom was kind of falling off it's track - the bed was very comfortable though

Everything 10/10, a bit traffic but it’s a perfect location for everything around

    Staff was helpful

Nice property, great staff and the room was excellent. The location was good too. Lots of food/restaurants near by but it was a bit of a walk from the subway stations. Some other cool things, you get a beautiful view of the Manhattan Bridge right when you step outside (Brooklyn Bridge is also like a 15 minute walk away), Barclays Center is right down the road, and along with some shopping centers.

Room was spacious but that was the only positive. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. No sound proofing in the room. The bathroom was tiny and the shower had no door or curtains so the water would get everywhere. The furniture /cabinets looked old and deteriorating. I would not stay here again.

Close to Brooklyn Bridge, waterfront parks. Not close to a subway.

The hotel and the rooms were much more run down than it looks in the photos. We had to switch rooms because our first room smelled badly of cigarettes. My biggest issue was how thin the walls were. We stayed two nights. One of the nights there was screaming and yelling at around 2 am in the room next door. Staff was nice.

Good vibes. Perfect location for my trip at a reasonable price.

walls were extremely thin, and you could hear everything! light was out in the bathroom and never fixed.

    Needs some help

The hotel was in a good location, the room was clean, the beds were clean, however there was no ice machine, the microwave was in the lobby on the side, the telephone didn’t work, there was an iron in the room but no ironing board, the staff was horrible Yvette and Emily assigned wrong rooms regarding payment and they assigned a guest a room that someone was already in. If you can stay somewhere else please do because the staff was horrible in checking guest in and out.

The carpet was visibly dirty from the entrance throughout the hallways. We checked in Wednesday for two adults but were told we could receive only ONE room key because the hotel’s “inventory was low.” Despite repeatedly requesting a second key for my husband, we were refused until Saturday evening, the night before checkout. On our first day, we discovered that the additional security lock at the top of our door was broken and hanging loose. My husband tried to reattach it, but it would not secure. We immediately notified the front desk, whose response was essentially, “There are two locks, you’re safe.” No one repaired it. Dismissing a guest’s concern about a broken security lock was the most troubling part of our stay. The service issues continued. On Friday, we tried to enter the hotel bar while waiting for our Lyft but were told we could not because the bartender had called out sick. On another day, we returned around 7:00 p.m. after sightseeing, hoping to shower and get ready for the evening, only to find that housekeeping had not serviced our room. Individually, these might be minor inconveniences, but together they reflect a hotel operating far below the standard suggested by its photographs. We enjoyed New York, but The Tillary was the disappointing part of our trip. I would not stay here again or recommend it.
