Location Overpriced. I pay 300 usd for a room with view to the parking lot. Plus, you even have to pay extra for the parking and there is no breakfast.

The hotel really was t awful. It's an older property and more than that, the city unfortunately has just really taken a decline. Everyone was friendly, location was perfect to the the park and the room was clean.

We had a wonderful view of the fireworks and Canadian Skyline

Had to pay for parking

Room was definitely not worth what we paid a night. Part of the wall was laying on the floor, bed was very uncomfortable, fan in bathroom did not work, and it was definitely not a suite. It was a room with a half room added. Oh and the refrigerator was not cold at all!!! For that amount you would think there was a jacuzzi tub but there was not any amenities at all!!! Will not stay there again.

Nice stay!!

Great location, within walking distance to major attractions on the America side. For those who can walk, early birds can take a morning walk onto Goat Island easily and enjoy the view before the crowd starts. Parking is extra charge ($21 for my two night stay), but you can go in and out freely. Ice machine on my floor did not work. Had to go to other floors to get ice. The easiest way to do so was to take the service elevator located right next to the ice machines, but that elevator did not seem well maintained (still ok though). Front desk staff were ok, but they did not go above and beyond to fulfill your request. (Couldn't get a late check out on a Monday (working day) !? Come on.

FYI I’ve never left a review before. It was that bad

Staff is not helpful. Requested for room service, did not get it done. I have to keep asking for room service.

Dated, seemed to need work. Paint peeling from ceiling and rust around AC unit and other water areas. Bed not comfortable. Good for quick in and out but not for extended stay. Shout out to Ken at check in he was very helpful and best part of hotel stay.

The room was spacious enough and the staff were very polite. I like the overall stay and the hotel was located in a convenient walking distance to the Niagara falls. All good as per expectations.

Just ok

Everything was within walking distance The room we stayed in needs an update, mold in the bathroom, tub discoloration, coffee maker didn’t work, and after coming back after a long days walk around the falls only to have some of my stuff missing/stolen after housekeeping cleaned up the room!
