Don’t trust the pictures… the hotel was not what we had expected as it wasn’t maintained well and was severely understaffed. Room was not available at check in time, had a musty smell, and no hair dryer. Only one staff member was truly helpful

Old renovated motel, clean and modernized but very small and without any luxurious, with no lobby per SS: no seating, no coffe, no water, no ice. no amenitities Very different from advertised. High price commensurate with location. Next time will either spend more or stay in Canada.

rooms smell awful, cheap finishes, hole in wall of first room we were placed in, scanner for card on door falling out of door, baseboards not even attached to wall. having been placed in two different rooms, air conditioning not efficient on 3rd floor.

The location of the hotel is great, parking is fine when is not busy. Staff at the main desk are very polite and nice! Over all it was a good experience to stay at this hotel.

The staff were absolutely amazing, very kind, willing to assist with suggestions and directions , all except who I believe was the hotel manager. He was a bit snippy and snooty. He expressed concerns of staff work in front of guest instead of private. When had a question about the gate to get out of parking lot. As there is a time when ticket expires and I was not made aware. He told me I had to pay an extra $30 to get out of gate. I let it be known that wasn't acceptable, he got short and said I'll let you out. No have a good day or saying your welcome when I showed appreciation . I feel for the other employees having to deal with him. No amenities offered except typical hotel coffee in your room.
