Very good

What you wish all hotels were like

With its frenzied front desk clerk, unusual “security deposit” requirement at check in, poorly trained staff, and a lobby vibe like a bus terminal, this place is run more like a youth hostel than any kind of hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a convenient location. Everything was acceptable.

Very clean , quiet and great staff

Front desk staff was wonderful and accommodating. Hotel car was not open n a Saturday night at 9pm so that was a bit of a bummer. Facility is clean and basic. Noise proofing of the rooms is not great, got woken

Had a great time and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall the experience was okay, the bed was comfy but everything else fell short. We ended up switching rooms since our room smoke alarm kept going off. Went downstairs to tell the front desk receptionist but there was zero sense of urgency since the issue didn’t get resolved until almost an hour later. The TVs are pretty outdated, and the restroom door is literally a piece of blurred glass. There was more privacy in the public restroom downstairs, than in the rooms. Overall I don’t think I would stay here again but it got us through our stay in Connecticut.

Very clean and nice. The yoga mat and foam roller was a nice touch!
-
Very nice staff everywhere/front desk, kitchen. Phone charger too high on wall for our charging cord. Why not a real nightstand on both sides of bed. We both read actual books and documents. Lastly, but not least, why would anyone want to be seen through the glass door while using the toilet or even the shower?

Everything was well.

Newly renovated and served its purpose the night we stayed, while traveling through. A few improvements-The bathroom door slider is frosted and facing the beds. The people in the room can see through it- possibly replace it with wood or mirror. Air conditioner blows directly onto one of the beds, possibly redirect the air.
