Very clean staff was very friendly the only problem was the food. 19 dollars for breakfast the hashbrowns were cold and the eggs were very cold and it's just not good to serve cold eggs. Didn't eat them.

Staff was horrible, front desk left me waiting for almost 1 hour. The person went out and left the front desk empty. My advice, try another hotel.

The hotel is in disrepair. We stayed on the first level. The smell of mold/mildew and the fragrances to hide the smell were unacceptable. Everything was older and in not great shape. Hotel is in need of renovation. There is not a free breakfast.

the bed is confortable. The staff is very friendly rooms are old and noisy. the fridge, the AC... is hard to sleep with so many machines running in the room

Breakfast was excellent, with a comfy bed. Very nice hotel

I am confused why Quest sent us 43 minutes from the site, when there is another Hilton Garden in Stamford. We were sent to Norwalk and traffic created issues for all examiners. Is anyone able to respond to this, please. We all as examiners are trying to understand this logic. Thank you.

Front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and very helpful when I locked my keys in my car!

2 of the 3 elevators were not functioning. We stayed there 2 weeks prior and they were out then too. Out dated. Clean but conditioner in shower was empty. Hilton has gone down in quality IMHO.

Enjoyed my stay!

My only disappointment was that the TV did not have the TCM channel - but then again - very few hotels do.

Our room wasn't ready at 430pm. We got a room on the first floor by an exit where the door was slammed a lot. The elevator was still broken since my last visit in july
