Hotel is clean and well maintained, with a nice lobby. Staff is very nice. However, very little sound proofing killed the experience for us. If you have active neighbors, you can hear what’s going on next door. When walking down the hall, you can hear conversations in rooms. And when room doors close, they slam, which be heard down the hall.

Overall really great experience! Just wish the bar stayed open later.

Nicely appointed room and comfortable bed.

I did not use the restaurant but it looked very nice (very helpful because there doesn't seem to be any other decent options nearby). The staff were all friendly and attentive. The only negative was the complementary continental breakfast, which was decidedly mediocre.

Check-in was the weak spot. I arrived around 6:45 pm to an empty desk and waited seven to 10 minutes with no recognition of the wait or an apology. I also received no information about my room location, amenities, or the complimentary continental breakfast, so I missed breakfast and coffee the next morning. I also had to track down a QR code in the room just to find the Wi-Fi name and password. A simple card or a note on the key sleeve would help. A stronger, friendly welcome would make this an easy five-star stay. I'd still recommend it!

Fid we want a city view or river view. When we checked in Girl at desk said. Train comes by on river View every 1 hr 15 minutes will wake you up. City view a joke was Stores! No view either way! I went there for river view, was a stream with railroad tracks False Advertisingpoor.

Lovely, clean hotel with a great staff and a really good restaurant. I would definitely return. Just be aware that the train runs directly behind the hotel and will wake you up at night.

We had a wonderful stay at The Watershed. Upon arriving it was very simple to find a parking spot. The staff greeted us with great personalities and professionalism. Our rooms were extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. There is a wonderful rooftop patio with plenty of comfortable seating and lounging. There was coffee, tea, muffins, oatmeal, granola, juices, breakfast sandwiches, plenty of fruit and a waffle maker with waffle batter in the lounge area. There is a restaurant attached which was very nice with great views over the river. I did not drink at the var but it was a very nice looking bar. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel to stay in Norwalk.

Much better than a 3 star. Lovely spacious rooms, immaculate bathroom, robes were a gorgeous touch.

The restaurant in the hotel was amazing. I traveled solo I felt safe however, you can hear the noise from others, it wasn't the worst but it did wake me up a few times. It was very clean and I enjoyed my stay.
-
Such a chic hotel just an hour out of NY and directly off the Merritt Pkwy. Great Italian restaurant at the property. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay again when I’m headed into the city.

It was a beautiful hotel with all the amenities you could need. Rooftop was so nice, rooms were clea, big and spacious. Would 100% return.

I spent three nights at The Watershed in Norwalk, and overall it was a good stay. The property itself is modern, clean, and well‑located — exactly the kind of boutique‑style hotel Connecticut desperately needs more of. My room was comfortable, the design felt fresh, and the staff was consistently warm and professional.
