Nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff.

The room was very clean. Nice pillows with a soft bed

Staff were polite, helpful, and friendly. We enjoyed the location and how easy it was to get to our hotel and how near it was to a lot of things we were in town for. Beds were comfortable. Parking was expensive. We were on the ground level and the time of year we went, bugs are always out extra trying to get inside. We had two unwanted guests show up in our room (cricket and small beetle - NO bedbugs, I always check. The bedding was nice and clean). I don't blame the hotel for that, it's the reality of being on ground level. The a/c unit though was my main issue. It worked great but there was always a weird mildew scent that I noticed every time it turned off after running through it's cycle. I did not complain to staff as we were really only using the room to sleep but the filter probably needs to be replaced.

We love how they continue to prepaid breakfast through the whole time and the staff is friendly. Our only complaint was the pool was cold.

The breakfast was a highlight — good spread and fresh. Our room was immaculate; housekeeping clearly takes pride in it. Staff were warm and helpful throughout the stay. Easy recommendation.

This hotel is at a great location downtown. It's clean, updated and spacious. All of the staff we encountered were nice and professional. Great breakfast options included as icing on the cake.

Stayed for the weekend it was clean. staff was friendly breakfast was good. Pool was warm Gym was clean and alot to do.

I got an ADA room because I am on a knee scooter. The role in shower had a clogged drain. The whole floor in the shower and surrounding area was completely flooded and very slippery. I reported it, and they said that they had fixed the problem. I took a shower the next day and the floor completely flooded again. The drain had never been fixed. They did nothing to rectify the situation. Very sad that people that are handicapped have the most dangerous room.

Front desk staff was exceptional!

Staff was excellent. Only problem was the noise from the elevators in our initial room and the staff promptly moved us.

Very impressed with this hotel the employees went above and beyond for us. Cleanliness was one of our favorite parts. Definitely will stay here next time I’m in town.
