My child loved the pool! I loved the hot tub.

Our room was damaged like no other. The flooring had rips and tears in it. The light bulb in the kitchen part was burnt out and we had to eat in the dark. The furniture had rips in it. Sheets were dirty. Kids bunks didn’t come with blankets. Tub drained very slowly.

Location was great Got sent to different hotel first. No extra bedding with needing to use sofa bed too

The water park was great. Having a dinner place and ice cream place on site was nice too. The arcade had a lot of machines out of service but not labeled. The traffic was super loud outside the room. The parking was confusing… I got a ticket even tho I paid for a room?

Workout equipment and room is not as it appears in photos. Equipment is worn out and some are broken.

The room met our needs. Nice sized bathroom and we appreciated 2 King size beds. Parking lot seemed confusing-- little to no room for 2 cars to go past each other in opposite directions. Was unaware we would have to pay for parking. No luggage carts so we had to carry all our stuff (had 2 toddlers with us) to the 4th floor which took 2 trips. Pool was a DISASTER! Way too many people for the size. Could barely walk around people much less "swim"..a 3 year old was doing front flips into the 3' water and no parent supervision. I felt like we were the only ones wearing wristbands. The slide on the playarea was dangerous. No chairs for people to sit. We were really looking forward to the Waterpark and it was by far the worst part of our trip. Needs to be more supervision of who's getting in.

The outside of the building was marked well as Holiday Inn, but it was extremely confusing where the entrance was and where one should park. Also, if you dug in, it did state there was self parking but it was somewhat hidden that there was a cost for the parking. Also, I didn't notice until after that we could have requested a shuttle to a nearby venue, it would have been nice if that was advertised a little better too.

Front desk staff and evening restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Morning restaurant staff were miserable. Rooms, pool, towels, linens, shower curtains, walls etc very dirty and stained. Felt like we needed to shower after staying here. Location was fine but nothing to call home about. Extremely noisy at all hours.
