Hilton Omaha

I was getting married that Saturday. I was easily able to check in early, my room got upgraded and my room was having AC issues and maintenance quickly came to my room and fixed the issue. Lovely staff

Very nice clean, well kept. Very good , close to all venues

Before we checked out, the room service removed some of our last items and cleaned out our room. When we returned for our last sweep we found our personal items, as well as computer, etc, were missing! IN the end, they did, indeed have our items, but the whole experience caused a lot of angst and additional 40 minutes of time away from our departure. Finally, when we exited the parking lot our ticket did not register, due to a problem which had occurred the previous evening. This also caused an extra 15 minutes to return to the hotel, contact the management, and arrange a way for us to exit the parking lot. Very disappointing experience!

Have stayed here a handful of times the past decade. It's a decent hotel, but nothing special. I do like what they have done to Nick's restaurant, that is a plus!

Amazing

I wished the restaurant had better selections for breakfast.

VERY COMFORATBLE, NICE FACILITIES AND EASY TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE CONVENTION CENTER SEMINARS FOR A FEW DAYS. The Bar downstairs was a fantastic time and the front desk staff really helped when I had questions on parking. My toilet seemed to be running all weekend which luckily was only noticeable when in the bathroom. It didn't create a disturbance to me of any kind, I just hate wasting water. I did inform the desk staff of that condition prior to checking out. Hopefully it is easily amended. If I did have one complaint, the cost of rooms due to late booking and it being a busy weekend was quite exadurated. I would hope in the future that the price could be slightly reduced by better planning on my end but nearly 5x the average night stay in October and November seemed to me significantly high.

Great place to stay, clean, friendly, useful amenities and the free shuttle to the airport wrapped it all up - great location also. Highly recommend!

This hotel was fantastic. The concert venue was right across the street. I was able to check in a bit early, they had a fantastic selection of quick grab and go food items as well as a coffee/blended drinks shop/light menu items to order right in the lobby. I think the shop even had alcoholic beverages for sale along with the largest selection a hotel pantry I've seen in a long time, lots of choices. It was quiet for sleeping as I had a early flight.

Super helpful staff and extremely convenient to go to the CHI center for a concert!

Perfect location to take in an event at the CHI center.

Staff was great. Parking is handy. Fun time in bar with local friends with terrific bartender. Room was clean.

Superb

The facilities--rooms, pool, etc. are lovely. Parking and restaurant costs (even though rooms are fairly affordable) are fairly high.
