The staff were friendly.

It's was okay just had bugs

great staff, easy checking and a clean and quiet room

The air conditioning was finicky, there was literal fuzzy black mold present in the top of the shower… like it hasn’t been touched in a great long while. The best part tho. This was the First time I’ve booked a hotel and had random homeless people just sleeping or charging their phones in the hallways of the “secured by key card” areas. Certainly made me feel like I’m not gonna get robbed as I’m carrying my stuff to and from my car. *this is sarcasm btw* 1 star - 10/10 don’t recommend if you have the better option at your disposal. If it’s all you got… it’s cheap for a reason, the bed is a 6/10, shower is a 4.5/10 and the hot water doesn’t run out. So take your chances. After all, I survived to tell this tale, imma True Survivor! Haha where’s my merit badge darn it?!?

Tv did not work the whole day, I was sitting in my car and some random guest, walked up to my car and just opened my door.

It's ok the room wasn't that bad but can use better cleaning

Nothing,we checked out 40 mins after check in and front desk called me a lair about the room Rude front desk and room was dirty sheets had stains and hair and dead bugs and black mold in the shower

The bed was comfortable At night the roaches came out and went to take a shower. There was mold all over the tile in the shower.The cover had stains on the other bed we didn't use it because of that reason never again will I stay there

Nothing what so ever! Rooms were unclean, had to get changed to 3 separate rooms which all were either damaged or unclean! They would sweep all trash behind the fridge! There was blood on the first room I was offered!

I like to compliment you breakfast that's about it. I like the fact that when I first got here my room didn't have refrigerator so they switched me to another room and then that room didn't have a microwave and no running water so they sent me to another room. I've been here for 4 days and they have not yet cleaned my room. They keep saying that they're going to send housekeeping but they never do. The guy at the front desk is very rude the other guy is very rude as well the only one that's nice is the tall one.

Also, I paid the extra $10 to be able to cancel if needed. After seeing the room, we tried to cancel the 2nd night with Expedia and LaQuinta but still have not received a refund for the 2nd night.

Horrible! Used, dirty syringes in the parking lot. Had to clean my room before bringing in our belongings. Will NEVER stay here again!
