Very clean and very well maintained. The showers and bathrooms were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was very clean and serviced well. Nothing. It was above my expectations.

Clean relatively new hotel located in Novi. Staff was friendly, room was well maintained will stay there again.

Run down a bit.

Staff at check in was super friendly as well as cleaning staff. Good location, felt safe with lots of restaurants nearby. Beds are plush and comfortable, except my bed had a bit of a sink hole in the middle. It was nice to see bacon at breakfast except it was limp like noodles. No biscuits and gravy was a disappointment. Scrambled eggs were good and cage free, unlike most hotels. Water pressure in shower was good but not excellent. Over all it was a decent stay and would stay again.

Surface everything was clean but under the bed was was dirty from prior stays

I booked and fully prepaid a week-long stay for my employee through Expedia. The reservation was confirmed and paid in advance for every night. My employee arrived late on the first night. Despite the entire stay already being paid for, the hotel cancelled the reservation for the full week on their own. I never requested or authorized any cancellation. Expedia has confirmed that the hotel is refusing to issue a refund. We paid in full for a room that was never provided because the hotel decided to cancel it themselves. This is completely unacceptable. A hotel should not be allowed to cancel a prepaid reservation simply because a guest arrives late, especially when the full amount has already been paid. The lack of accountability and refusal to reimburse makes this even worse. I strongly advise against booking this property. If you do, make sure you have clear written confirmation that a late arrival will not result in the hotel cancelling your entire stay.

Convenient off the highway Ice machine was broken

Breakfast was good, different everyday. The room was nice sized, beds were super comfortable. Staff upon check in, we're very personable. All in all, a great stay!!!

The room was good. Breakfast was amazing

They do have kitchens, which may be a plus for families. They do welcome pets. The pool was closed, and the ice machine was down. I guess a part broke. The location of the bed was near the air conditioner, which was noisy and blew on your face. My brother commented that the room could have been rearranged more efficiently to prevent the air from blowing on your face. We didn't get a good night sleep. We felt this was not the quality or standard we expected from Marriott. Other hotels in the area were much nicer; however, I decided to choose this property because it was a Marriott. This property was very outdated and needed lots of TLC. If you're looking for luxury or nicer accommodations, please look elsewhere.

1. Requested a handicap accessible room, we received a regular room with a very low toilet, which was hard to use being so low. 2. Breakfast was delicious, but would recommend getting a second waffle iron. Lots of people waiting to be able to make waffles. But.......the beds were so soft, never woke up once through the night, which is very unusual for me.

Overall the hotel was okay for my 6 night stay. What I wasn’t happy about was the false advertising on Expedia. I booked a room for 4 which showed it had a pull out sofa. Once I checked in and arrived at my room there was no sofa it was 2 beds and 2 chairs. As I went to front desk to get moved to what I selected I was told that I would have to deal with the Expedia. I guess sometimes it’s better to make the reservation on the actual hotel site or call.

Friendly, helpful staff; clean and neat. Nice, well stocked breakfast. Pleasant stay. Will stay again.
