Customer service was rude, un profesional, always smoking outside by the fron doors, no coffee in the lobby 5 days out of the 5 days that i tried to get some coffee.

I had already paid for the room plus deposit and then they turn around and charge for the room again, putting me in the hole, so upset

Quite literally one of the worst places to stay. There was an awful smell in the room, like there was moisture that sat there. Stains on the beds and floors. None of the lights worked except for one lamp. It looked like it was run down. Also some sketchy people in and out of the hotel. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Clean room, quiet atmosphere, kind staff. Would recommend!

The staff was rude immediately upon arrival. We paid our room they gave us the key and then provceeded to tell us we couldn’t stay there due to smoke in the bathroom. we hadn’t even made it in the room

They had ABSOLUTELY NO HOT WATER and didn't allow you to take your breakfast back to the room.

Room was decent size...breakfast not so good. No hot water.

Had two separate rooms with no hot water. Ended up checking out earlier.

I guess you get what you pay for.

Room was decently clean. However I did not have hot water to take a shower or use any type of hot water. I contacted front desk and basically was lied to. I was told that entire hotel had hot water issue but I had friend staying in same hotel and his water was hot water. The property outside was very dirty and elevator was very shady. Lights were blinking in elevator and dirty.
