Hilton Orlando

Great place love it breakfast was amazing is worth the 20$

Lazy river Nothing

Super clean and easy access to the convention center where we had to go for work the whole week. No complaints

I pay for jacuzzi but I don't see it... My Request don't agree

Great outdoor pool and lazy river. A lot of chairs and umbrellas by the pool area . Great service at the pool restaurant and at the fast breakfast restaurant which has a good buffet. They also have a mini market which serves fast food open 25 hrs. Very pleased with the stay at the Hilton Orlando

Beautiful rooms! The staff was very accommodating and super friendly. They moved my room cause I was next to the elevator.

Loved the hotel! Clean, new room and pool was great.

Very nice hotel with an easy walk to the convention center. Restaurants were all very good. Pool area is great.

Superb

Second, after arriving from the parks the first day in the afternoon, there was no hot water. When calling guest services, the representative was rude and told us that they did not know when it would be fixed and was not the least bit apologetic and seemed very annoyed that I called to ask. I understand things happen but there is no need to be rude about it. 4 hours later we got to take a shower with hot water.

I was disappointed with the poor communication from the staff. I reached out before arriving to arrange a birthday surprise for my wife. After arriving, I spoke with a staff member at check-in, who said he would call me, but never did. I followed up again the next day, provided my number, and was told I would receive a call, but once again, no one followed up. This was frustrating, especially since it was meant to be a special birthday surprise for my wife.
