Big rooms, good location If you plan to stay at the hotel for just one night and you want to check out before 12:00 PM, be prepared to pay for two nights, because the hotel charges the equivalent of an extra night for an early checkout. It’s really not right...

Nice hotel, close to event centers with plenty to do in the surrounding area. Easy to find and check in was fast & smooth.

Wonderful stay in a good area close to downtown loved the breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful like that. They had a shuttle option.

Not satisfied that at 3pm check in our room wasn’t ready. Waited 50 minutes. Takes time away from your plans. No curiosity call prior to let you know room will not be ready. Wanted to get in the pool but it was too foggy. Didn’t look clean. Liked the shuttle service.

Breakfast was good, and the room was clean. Coffee was excellent, and the waffle machine was a nice add-on to breakfast. I am so happy I chose this hotel. No complaints

It was close to the chase field and it was clean and ac was on point. The shower in 304 only setting was hot or extremely hot I messed with it for 30 min and could not get it to warm or cold. That and when I got their they said I double booked but my account said I only had one booking. Had to talk to my booking only to get run around. I went back down explained that my booking was only 1 room. After that they canceled my other room (at no cost). It was nice but if they could have done that why didn't they do that in the first place. I did show them that my account only said one room.

Representative are friendly and glad to help customers. Btw, the location is near downtown Phoenix and it is convenient to go anywhere.

18 minutes walk to downtown in the heat. Room sufficient. Gym. Stored my bag I found the staff only okay, not helpful, Mexican staff, hard to understand NZ English. Lest pleasant so far on my trip. Shuttle runs to their schedule, found myself walking alot of the time, yes in the heat in Phoenix. Only breakfast, however it was good. No other restaurant. No early check in.
