Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh Downtown

Hard to get to the property initially with random downtown street closures. Very limited parking in front of the hotel. (There's a valet area & maybe 2 or 3 paid parking spots.) Once there, everything was fine. Staff was very nice & helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was lovely.

Picture perfect view of bridges, Mt Washington & Monongahela river, Staff & valet service was nice, Breakfast was perfect with a very nice server attendent

The breakfast was excellent. Nothing!

The room was very clean. The staff was very polite . We did not take advantage of the breakfast situation. We did not need any parking cause we did not have a car with us . Our stay was cut short due to a family emergency and we had to drive back home and was not offered a refund for our 2 days left over from our hotel stay and we thought it was very inconsiderate of higher management. But I bet they rented out the room and took full advantage of making more money on the room being empty from our emergency situation. I will not be staying in this establishment again in the future.

Everything was walking distance Incredible breakfast every morning

Was clean and cozy Location and no parking

Location and no parking

Sewage smell in our room and they didn't have another room available ans wouldn't refund.

Nice hotel, kind of tricky to find parking and the entrance.

Close to the upmc mercy hospital and downtown. Parking was hard to get. Got lucky and found a spot upfront. Or you'll pay for parking garage or valet.

Great location Location

Friendly staff and very helpful. Room was one of the best I have stayed in recently.

Front desk staff was great. Very nice and helpful. I was disappointed that they clean the rooms every other day so my room was never cleaned throughout my stay. Also the gym machines need to be fixed because some don’t seem to be working properly. Excellent location though since it’s closest to many main attractions

Very good

Very good

Breakfast was very limited, and I did not realize how pricey the valet was going to be

Exceptional

LOCATION WAS GOOD FOR ME. BKFST WAS NORMAL. FOR THE PRICE I PAY FOR THE ROOM THEY SHOULD HAVE CLEAN MY ROOM AND PUT NEW TOWELS. CLEAN THE ROOM AND PUT NEW TOWELS AT LEAST.
