The hot tub was closed so call ahead a time to see if it’s open, it’s the only reason why I choose this place. I had to ask the staff to cut on the fire pit. The breakfast sucked!

No designated parking for hotel. You have to park in restaurant parking lots. Should I had known this prior to booking I would have not stayed here. I had to park far away from the hotel because all other parking was taken up by visitors to restaurants and shops. As a solo female traveler this does not feel safe to have to park so far away.

It was fine. Breakfast was not great and they were out of items. There didn’t seem to be many people staying there but they put me in a room that was very far from the elevator. Room was fine but nothing spectacular. The AC worked okay but not great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room had an offensive level of deodorizer smell. I replied to the hotel’s text string multiple times when they would ask how my stay is going, but never got a response. I also inquired with the front desk for two days about checking out another room but they kept saying they didn’t have another room yet for me to see. Never any follow up. Never a response.

The beds were comfortable, and the curtain the separate the room really helped to keep light out. Before we arrived, we called the establishment to ask about upgrading to the Jacuzzi room, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. They helped us get another room on the same floor for family as well. I have nothing but positive praise for this place. We will definitely be staying again.

Nice room layout and staff was very helpful and friendly. Food at the bar and restaurant was not great at all. Also lack of water pressure in the shower was a bit of an issue.
