Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park

The property & staff were all good. My concern is with its policies that treat their guests differently depending upon where they booked from. I came through Expedia. A guest shouldn’t be made to feel less because they didn’t book directly.

Very nice property, clean, bar was great and nearby in walking distance brunch and dinner was great too.

The room was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. My stay was lovely.

Great place

Mm

Very pleasant front desk staff. Room was comfortable. Pool and hot tub were clean and maintained. A great stay.

Superb

Hotel was absolutely beautiful and clean n comfortable thank you

Nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Perfect!

Clean and good location They charged me for the regular water battle that i used in the room, although i thought that it was complimentary as other Hilton locations used to do.

Breakfast was great!! Pool relaxing Very friendly staff Shops/food near by Transportation How the pool wasn’t deep

Very good

While we were out shopping, housekeeping made our bed, provided fresh towels, and restocked the coffee. We truly appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. Parking was not free, but it was not a big deal for us. Overall, we were very impressed with the hotel, especially for the price. We would definitely stay here again!

Super friendly staff

Exceptional

I loved the staff and my bartender, heather

I called before I arrived to add my stay to my Hilton account and the desk clerk who answered the phone was very rude.

The only downside was having to pay for parking.
