Smell is not good

The location was perfect for our AI conference at the Capital One Conference Center. Just 3 minutes away. There was always a close and convenient place to park in front of the hotel. I also enjoyed the gym for an hour workout. The coffee maker was dirty. We found an old filter still in it. So that was a turn off. Our room faced to the back of the building where there's a gazebo for smokers and someone was sitting there and talking about 3 hours at 3am! I could hear all his conversations. Must have been on drugs cos he kept calling different people to keep on talking! I complained to the front desk in the morning and they seemed to have known exactly who it was cos the following night was fine.

Wow where do I start. First room they gave us hadn’t even been cleaned. 2nd room smelled like someone lived there and never showered. Luckily I had Lysol and cleaning wipes with me. No trash cans, head grease on the headboard, bed was so uncomfortable. It was hot. If I wouldn’t have been so tired we would have found a better place! It is right by the children’s hospital. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I have stayed here in the past and loved it, but something has changed recently. It was dirty and smelled bad this time and even the staff members looked like they had just rolled out of bed, very unkempt. I will no longer stay here when coming for appointments

The pictures are very misleading. This place looked nice in photos but the room you actually get feels and looks dirty. Though not the front lady’s fault I had to be assigned 3 different rooms. The key pad didn’t work on the first door and the second room was dirty, someone’s clothes on the floor, bed sheets off the beds and on the floor, dirt and trash thrown about. The third room was okay but overall not a very clean property. The experience of all the different rooms took a long time and was stressful in the heat with a baby I desperately needed to get to bed. Will not be staying here again.

I did not stay. I check in and when I saw the halls and the room condition, I told the desk I could not stay there. They keep one night and refunded the rest.

Free laundry facilities. The comfiest bed. Lots of storage and very courteous front desk staff. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a budget friendly short to long term stay.

I think given the trip objective the location was just right and it was pretty quiet. There was a business center like area where I could work. The cleanliness and comfort could have been way better. There was no regular cleaning of the rooms and when I asked I was told they typically do that on request or for guests who are there longer than two weeks. We were there for only 7 nights but I wanted the bathroom cleaned and the bedsheets replaced but that never happened. Also, there were bugs in the bathroom like little beetles. Additionally, sometimes the bathroom would smell bad like of sewage even though we had not used it. I think a little more attention to cleanliness would have made the hotel much better.

Economical prices

Staff was quick to move us not once but THREE times due to dirty rooms. First room had tools on table and door was ajar, 2nd room was dirty, broken razor blade on table bug in sink. Third room was okay. But after over an hour after babies bedtimes we were over it.
