Disappointing
-
Very clean and professional It’s perfect-no complaints

-Checking in was a challenge- the staff member we dealt with could not communicate in intelligible English. -Next was the room. It was obvious the room only received a quick ‘clean’. The outside of the fridge was dirty. There were cobwebs in a number of the corners. Cabinet facing was peeling and in disrepair. The mattress is obviously old and broken in. There is no soundproofing between the rooms/hallways/floors. -Breakfast is a fruit bar and coffee.

Nothing The bed, room, breakfast.
-
Book it at least a couple days before your arrival for more reasonable price.

Super dirty. The lobby, rooms, elevators. Nothing had been wiped done ever. Even the doors had grime from fingerprints built on. I would recommend you stay away from this place. Overall evaluation: gross

I love how everything is close by like the food establishments, hospitals, shopping malls etc. I didn’t like the way the hallways smelled because it smelled like dog pee and poop.
-
Kids slept without pillows. Attendant said they were overbooked. Im pretty sure location had resident people staying.
-
Decent for the price

I stayed two nights with my pet. The pet area's bag/garbage was overflowing. The grounds were pretty dirty. The building is dated and dirty and the appliances given to me didn't work. People can enter off the street and use elevators up to rooms. The staff are nice enough. Breakfast is not great.

The shower and bathtub were not working properly. The shower drain was clogged.

Place is ok, place had a strange smell 2nd floor and hallway carpet wasn't clean, spider webs in my room and only had a smallbar of soap. So if it's just for a quick stop it's ok place.

It accepts pet, the location & it has refrigerators Children were running ing the hallway. Lights shined in the sides of the drapes into the room. Refrigerator was much smaller than pictured. Unable to use tub as I couldn’t step into it. It would be nice if they had little doors so we could walk in. The back door lock didn’t work. If the door was locked key card wouldn’t open it up.
-
The bathroom sink had the hot and cold water reversed, hot was on the right. So maintenance really sucks, or they just don't care.

Pretty dirty and bad smell. Not worth the price

I like the fact that it was hardwood floors, the staff was pleasant, and housekeeping did not bother you or came into the room on unannounced. I did not like the fact that I asked for the first floor because I just had surgery on my knee they did give me the first floor? But it was the furthest away from the front of the building a long walk once I realize that I moved my car to be closer to the room next to the exit, but once I tried to get in the building, the card key did not work. I did not find out till the fourth day. I was there. The reason it did not work was because the person next to the exit had a dog and children. And would jam the top of the door so anyone that tries to come through that door they would have to walk all the way around. It’s not the management fault. Also, at night there was a man standing next to my car, which made me felt really unsafe because he would stand there, and just stare through my car and someone left a whole pile of trash in front of my room not the manager‘s fault.

Room was out dated, towels were stained and over used. Toilet was overflowing I called front desk I couldn't believe my ears. He told me to come down to get a plunger. The plunger was already used and had poop on it. I was at my last level of patience. I asked for a new room or elsewhere I wanted a refund. Also this place I wasn't aware that housed low income family. Nothing wrong with that but for the rate we're paying. We should be aware especially if we have our children with us.
