Great staff. The entire staff was helpful. Cleanliness could be better. Elevator was in need of vacuuming. Bathroom was clean but dated.

The guy who checked me in was friendly and super helpful. When it comes to the room though, there was no body wash in the shower, the towels had an odd smell and someone’s eyelash was stuck to my phone after setting it down on the table. At breakfast the next morning, the juice was gone, regular milk gone, waffle mix gone, bagels gone and it was about an hour before breakfast was over!

This is a very nice hotel in Pleasanton, CA. The only issues were that there was a light bulb in the bedroom that was out and the bathroom sink was leaked, but not in way that was detrimental to use. The bath tub shower was different in the way you turned on the shower so it was not obvious how to work the spout to get the shower to turn on. There was no pull up mechanism. You had to turn the tub spout mechanism to get it to the shower mode. Not a big deal though. Have stayed here several times and will stay again if I am in the area again. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is below par. Better breakfasts at Super 8's, Best Western's, La Quinta, etc.

The laundry room didnt look like it had been cleaned in quite awhile (thats where the ice machine is). It was inexpensive. Next time I'll pay a little more somewhere else.

My room was clean but the bathroom had dirty towels from the person who had the room before me. The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. The refrigerator made a ticking sound all night. The mattress on the bed was to hard could get comfortable.

Staff here is always great and wonderful, they keep this place tiptop shape. Service is always taken care of first.
