The outdoor pool looked nice. The first night we got a room that smelled like pee. But we were able to change rooms the second night. The ice maker was not working. I honestly think the hotel has potential to be a better hotel if it was better maintained

Had a nice room with a view of the duck pond, which was nice for early morning meditation. Landscaping is well maintained. Jacuzzi was nice. Restaurant was ok for happy hour snacks. Easy access to freeway & Black Bear Diner across the street. Several strip malls close by with multiple restaurant options. Bathroom sink was poorly designed, every time I used the sink, water would be all over the bathroom counter, poor design there. Very low water pressure from the faucet in the sink. Lighting in the room could have been better.

This is always a great place to stay with the family. The courtyard and pool are nice.

Ps. No elevator that I saw so if you are on the second floor stairs are on the outside of the building.

The Beds are super comfy at this location. The grounds were well kept. It was nice and quiet

Staff would not start the check in process unless exactly at 3pm. It was 2:35pm and the room was ready. They wanted to charge $40 for 25min early check in, which in my 30 years of traveling have not heard of before. After a long drive, the rudeness of it all was surprising, and upsetting. Megan should be in a different line of business.

We came back from being out all day and our sliding door had been left wide open by housekeeping so luckily none of our stuff was stolen

Very nice location and excellent grounds that felt private but also calm. The fountain is a nice touch for the feeling of moving water that has become home to some of the birds in the area. Really no concerns are comments on anything changing.

The location was fine. Check in request 2nd floor . We went to room horrible smell in hallways. Our balcony almost touched the room next door look out a man smoking a cigar cutting his toenails on his balcony a foot from ours. We requested room change they said no 2nd floor rooms they are sold out on a Monday ?? Settled for first floor and again hallways terrible smell not as bad in the rooms but not good. Second day no new towels left in the room back to the front desk. Surprised to pay for parking since already paid 400.00 for room. I would not stay there again. .
