Days Inn by Wyndham Pueblo

The hotel was very dirty. Hallways smelled and the parking lot looked like a gathering for druggies and alcoholics. Our room had no air conditioning and out side temps were in high 90s and temp in room was a steady 88 degrees. We were charged full price even though we had no air conditioning. There were no amenities to speak of. The bathroom needed a good scrubbing. We couldn’t find anything else so we were pretty much forced to take the only room they had available, without air. He didn’t even consider a discounted rate. Never Again !

We originally rented this motel because of the swimming pool that they have, which, when we showed app, turned out that it was not able to use the swimming pool. And then I remember speaking to them about booking 2 nights. They only put me down for one night. Blankets were burnt with cigarette holes on Em.

The carpet was not vacuumed and had evidence of vomit. The bedspring skirt had vomit on it. Removed the skirt; the boxspring cover had large area of appearance of blood. The window was not locked. The door deadbolt did not lock. Took the skirt to the clerk; he apologized and put us in a different room that was satisfactory. As he assisted me another person came to complain of no water. Accordingly to expedia, I was paying for an upgraded room. I told the clerk that I should have been paid to stay there. All Quality Inns are not equal; avoid this one.

Stained sheets on one of two beds. Shower/Water Faucet in disrepair. Difficult to turn water on and off. Front desk staff not very helpful--simply told me to pull on shower handle harder. Unconcerned about my concern. I won't be staying there in the future.

First of all the gentlemen that works the front wasn't friendly, doesn't greet you when approaching the front desk. There's no continental breakfast when it says there is one also the swimming pool not open which should say when booking this hotel. Also the rooms aren't clean the bed comforters have holes and burnt marks on them, also the sheets have burnt marks and stains. Over all the beds were good to sleep on.

The service was not quite well, room was very dirty towels , I went to the front desk to ask for clean towels and waited for about 20 minutes and no one was there , when I checked out I went to get a receipt and was treated very rude by an older gentleman.

Towels and sheets had some stains. Paint was peeling in the room. Bedspread had previous guests hair on it. Carpet felt dirty. Side door to hotel had no lock on it. Overall it was ok but wouldn't call it a pleasant stay.

I will never stay at this hotel again. The first room they put us in had a peculiar smell and the bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We asked them to come and clean it, but they decided to move us to another room. The new room was worse than the first one. The A/C couldn’t be adjusted, so the room was ice cold, and we had to unplug it every time it got too cold. The bathroom tub surround had a big crack in the wall, and the floor in the tub creaked every time you moved. The breakfast selection was nonexistent. The pool and hot tub were under construction, but the sign said it was being cleaned. I would recommend staying anywhere else besides this hotel. DISGUSTING.

Had hard boiled eggs and coffee. Called front office at 5 or 6 pm and no one ever answered the phone.

The ac didn’t work in the room and the carpet was very sticky. The bed was comfortable and the staff was great

my wife could not sleep it was so nasty .

We stayed two days and it was the worst experience ever, they had only baby towels the breakfast was only ceral, ill never stay there again
