Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pueblo North by IHG

I stayed with just me and 4 kids. I never once felt unsafe. Front desk lady was always extremely helpful and friendly. Best staff experience i have ever received ever has been from the lady that works in the kitchen. She is so welcoming to me and my kids. Its a little out of budget being a single mom of 5 but the reassurance of feeling safe is always more important.

Very good

Exceptional

Location is good The facility appears new but rooms seem older. The rooms have the same odor as hotels who have had smokers in the past. Staff is friendly. Room had a broken automatic shade, it would not go up or down.

Broken bed caused injuries and despite effort to get a refund this hotel management has just ghosted me and acted as if it didn’t happen

It was clean and it was really nice. We were able to walk to the cold stone. Nothing, it was fine

NA

Breakfast was good lots of variety. The staff were wonderful and always made sure there was plenty of food to choose from. NA

The room was spacious and clean, with a nice roll in shower. Very wheelchair friendly! Kind, helpful staff. Delicious breakfast, also conveniently located near restaurants.

Coffee Maker and pool

The suite was very spacious, and the breakfast was nothing short of amazing, the breakfast attendant was very polite and helpful.

Hotel was very nice. Felt safe, and staff was amazing. Will stay again when in the area.

Towels in the pool area and the shower curtain smells of mildew

Breakfast exceptional. Towels in the pool area and the shower curtain smells of mildew

Excellent! Clean room, very spacious, helpful staff. Wheelchair accessible w/nice roll in shower.

There was some mold in the shower and no exhaust fan or HVAC vent in the bathroom

Very good

The room had a huge repair in the ceiling that looked like it was done by just pasting some putty on it. It gave the room a feel of old creepiness.

All fine

The hotel was great staff, rooms, food and locatioon.
