The breakfast food was not great, the eggs were awful, I think they were fake, not the color of real eggs. Didn't really like the chicken sausage either. Other than that, it was ok.

Absolutely the number one thing about the stay at the hotel was the employees. Everybody there was genuinely nice and extremely helpful. Definitely will stay here again when I come back to Raleigh.

How come one of the elevators is always out of order. It worked on Sunday and was then out of order the rest of the time.

We informed the front desk when we were checking out about the roach. He stated, "That's terrible, I'm sorry ". He wrote something on a pad of paper and sent us on our way. I expected some kind of compensation or voucher for future stays. We'll look elsewhere next year.

The room was clean along with all areas of the property. Staff was very helpful. Five Stars!!!
