Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley

The Customer Service with Wilson during Breakfast and Keisha at the front desk was excellent! The staff was affable and extremely helpful! Negatives While at the bar, a roach crawled across the counter next to my food. There were also a few smaller bugs in my bathroom. I realize that the hotel is currently under construction; however, the hotel needs to be throughly sprayed on a WEEKLY basis to keep this under control.

Always impressed with the landscaping and decorations in the entrance and the polite staff.

The staff was great and helpful, but the room was not what I booked, and they were booked up for the weekend so no changes could be made. They did give me a free voucher for breakfast.

Came to the check in around 5pm and the line was super long. It was a $50 dollar accidental fee which wasn’t explained when booking on the site. Then the woman was wasn’t able to take my payment because the card reader was down and so she moved my husband and I to another line only for the other person to say her’s wasn’t working either and moved us to another line, remind you the lobby was full of travelers. Then we got to the room, the room was nice but we notice quickly when we were trying to warm up our food they didn’t have a microwave in the room.. I also purchased the buffalo wings at the hotel and they were very good.

Used it twice and was well worth t he price of admission. Needed help with door and key three times in a one night stay. issues resolved quickly.

Property is near to shopping and restaurants. The highway and downtown is minutes away. The Property itself is nice and clean. The restaurant inside the hotel stayed open til 12/12:30. It made everything convenient. This will be my Raleigh hotel

Best travel experience I've had in years! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Property was clean and well maintained. There were several teams in the hotel for a conference and yet, I experienced a nice quiet, relaxed visit. Highly recommend it!

We really could not enjoy like we wanted to. The bed was hard as a rock, too firm! There were no microwaves in the rooms very inconvenient! The hallway was loud constantly because of children running back and forth! We were celebrating our 34 Marriage Anniversary, we were very disappointed!!!

Pay an extra $50 and stay at the Hilton

There is a community microwave instead of each room having their own, reminded me of college. The balcony I paid for faced towards nothing….not even trees had a view of the top of the ceiling. TV was mounted so we couldn’t connect an HDMI to play additional games and was told it was because we were placed where the old televisions were. The beds however were extremely comfortable.

Rooms very clean. Easy check in and out.
