Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Northwest

The ladies at the front desk were super nice. Greeted everyone as they saw us.

Amenities are amazing. Breakfast not included.

Check in was quick/easy. Interactions...

Excellent suite.

At least I had a roof over my head and a shower It was not what was shown on the website. I definitely didn’t like the room layout. The sink and wash cloths were not in the bathroom. Four steps into the room and you are standing by the headboard. A single woman needs a room with the bed away from the door. You can’t even see the door if you’re in bed. I slept in the far foot of the bed to get a little distance. The bed was hard. I was awake, in pain, every two hours. The second night I made a pallet out of all the pillows and bedding just to make it bearable.

Miss paula is possibly the most pleasant person I have ever delt with, in customer service

The was very nice and professional.

This was an amazing stay for my son and me. We came for the VCU orientation and we appreciated the quietness, the cleanliness and, most of all, we appreciated the ladies running the office, wow, what a crew. If we need to visit our son and stay overnight, this will be the place to stay!

Clean, ambience , & location I loved everything

I was told when I checked in I had complimentary breakfast but when I went to get they say I didn’t so that was disappointing

I was charged a fee to park! Never in all my years have I been charged to park my car at a Courtyard by Marriott. AND this was an old hotel that had not ever been upgraded.

We enjoyed all amenities and the location was perfect. Thank you

Great gym
