Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Richmond Innsbrook

Courteous staff: knowledgeable. Clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Liked it all

The location was ideal for our trip, which include visiting family in the west end and touring Richmond museums. Very easy access to the interstates and to shopping and dining. The location was also quiet.

Room was very clean everyone very pleasant. Breakfast was good only thing they served the same thing every day

We had an amazing stay. The room was clean and smelled so nice, front desk staff were super helpful, and even the breakfast was polite and helpful! Will be staying again!

Front desk associate Sonya was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Communication from Sonya by telephone before arrival was unexpected but welcome. Nothing really. All perfect.

Everything was good until they tried to over charge me because they said I was smoking in the room when I wasn’t

The staff was very nice, smiling and helpful Ice machines not working. Had to buy ice everyday. Room did not get clean for the 4 days were there no soap for the 4 days in the men's room in the lobby

Great stay

I enjoyed my stay a perfect 10 I will stay again when I travel to Richmond ! My son and I loved the front desk staff the lady that was running the free breakfast she went above and beyond at all times ! the free breakfast was really good !! Again my stay a perfect 10 !

Had a great stay.. only problem was the key machine was broken and we did not have a key to the room. The hotel staff had to open our door for us anytime we went out and came back and were trying to get back into the room. Staff were very pleasant and eagerly helped each time we needed access.. The hotel also accommodated my request for early check in, as well as having a 2nd room in close proximity for my mother that has mobility issues. Overall a great place to stay..

The staff was so friendly and welcoming Unfortunately power went out from the night until 8am
