Quality Inn Richmond North

The location to the highway Found roaches in my room first night. Hotel old and out dated. I’ve machine had mold. Attendant put me in another room.

The room was clean and the fixtures were modern and in good working order

Main reason for picking this hotel was for the pool, however the pool was black and looked like it hadn't been started since last year.

They had roaches , big roaches , and the t v didn't have nothing but seven channels

This place is disgusting. Nothing is clean there. Went into the first room and no microwave or fridge in the room. Cigarette butts all on the balcony and trash and beer bottles all over too. Got moved to a second room. It was just as dirty. Smelled awful. Floors were not vacuumed and had crumbs everywhere. Finally had to go back down to the front desk and get a refund because I couldn’t stay there for the three days I had booked! I do not recommend to anyone to book a stay here. Stay clear from here ! Just in my opinion a visit from the health department would be highly recommended! Pool was dirty looked like a complete swamp was nasty and green and obviously not swimmable.

I definitely would not recommend this location unless they did a full remodel. It was dirty. There were bugs. The pool was unusable. There were cigarette burns on the bedding, pillows were lumpy asked if we could get another one. The only one they had left was one that had black mold all over it.The trash on the outside Was just overflowing. The room we stayed in smelled like a combination of cat urine and antiseptic. Price was very high for the quality of the hotel. there is so much more that I could list.

Mold on walls and pool was filthy and no useable. I checked in and checked back out in less than 30 minutes

It was inexpensive and had a pool. The breakfast was good. We were traveling all night & just needed a place to shower & sleep so it served it's purpose. There was spider webs in our room, & bugs. The bedding had holes in them & were slanted, very uncomfortable. We asked for more towels because there was 4 of us and was told they had none because the washer & dryer were not working.

This hotel need to completely close down until they finish those so called renovations….. the water pressure was horrible …..the shower leaks really bad and it has a bug infestation

The hotel was not renovated like it stated. My room had a bullet wound in the window. The carpet was dirty and soiled. The lining and towels/rags were soiled and dirty. The room has bad lighting. The TV did not work. I want a refund.

Breakfast was crap! Pool was nice.
