Sleep Inn Richmond North

When we came back to the hotel after dinner the entire lobby and first floor was full of marijuana smoke. There was no one sitting at front desk though they might have been in a back room. Two rooms near mine were clearly the source of all the drugs. Despite all the signs saying no smoking of any kind, there was no enforcement of that at all! I would not recommend staying here.

Just fine for the money. Lobby was clean and the staff were all kind and super helpful. The elevator door seems to malfunction when it opens on the third floor shaking the entire elevator which was a little worrisome but it did operate. The vending machines were out of order. There was a leak in the ceiling in the hallway just outside our room with a bucket under it and water all around it. It stayed that way the entire 3 day stay. The room had water spots on the ceiling and we could hear noises throughout the night. But the bathroom was clean and the room itself seemed clean.

The pillows were abit small but overall it was a nice hotel

The sheets were clean. 1. No check in person at front desk on arrival for about 5-10 mins. 2. Requested extra pillows and blanket the day before arrival for room. No acknowledgement or receipt. 3. Sticky stain on bedside table 4. Floor had a sticky/ slimy feel. 5. No pantry or vending food available on site outside of his of meals. 6. Stuck in elevator and front desk wasn't very helpful; we ended up having to call 911 ourselves. 7. Room AC wasn't cooling very well even when turned down. Warmed up in the night!

Having to pay an extra deposit when we got there it should have all been included in one price.

Excellent service, clean room, and kind staff.

The location is convenient, hotel is clean, it's reasonable with regard to cost and staff are attentive to their guest.

Nice place. We liked the buffet.

Very comfy bed and pillows. The bathroom was nice, with good water pressure and hot water. Not too far from the highway with plenty of small restaurants nearby. The room door did not close all the way on its own - you had to pull it shut.

THE LOCATION. THE GREETING FROM YOUNG MAN AT THE DESK. THE ROOM WAS SOOOOOO CLEAN!!!! I HAVE OCD THIS WAS A PLUS. SO MANY STORES AND RESTAURANTS IN THE SAME SHOPPING CENTER. WE GOT DINNER AT BELLA LUNA'S. MY HUSBAND LOVED IT. THIS HOTEL EAS BETTER THAN WHERE WE STAYED FOR HONEY A FEW MONTHS AGO. Beds were so comfortable we slept SO SO GOOD. Shower pressure was too low. We did not enjoy our shower together. WE ARE NEWLYWEDS YA KNOW. ? Waffle maker needs to be updated and try putting instructions for how to use on the wall next to the waffle maker.

This place doesn’t have a generator. The power was out for nearly 2 hours.

Very friendly staff, helpful Would've liked more sensitivity to food allergies, plus no bread for toast. they did have waffles.

Very cold when you go into your room

Everything was very nice. Enjoyed the stay.
