Clean, great staff, & breakfast!

It's quiet. Has a great breakfast

The breakfast was over so early we couldn’t make it. What is the point of a breakfast on a Sunday ending at 9:30? Not everyone is an early riser on the weekend.

We were given an occupied room, the people were not happy when we came through the door. Bathroom had separated tiles on the floor, base boards had build up, wallpaper was ripped just not worth the. $150 we paid. I was surprised this was a Holiday Inn. Not well maintained

Clean room, good A/C, and wonderful staff. We had a good experience.

The room I had chosen wasn’t available, I was given a room where the shower flooded every time I used it. With the type of bathroom that is was water was everywhere I spent more time cleaning water up all over the bathroom trying not to slip and hurt myself. This was supposed to be a stressful quick getaway. This turn into a night of even more stress. I got a water bottle, a tv dinner, m&m’s, ginger ale, and Tylenol all for $26.00. Parking was a nightmare multiple vehicles were taking up more than one spot and nothing was done about it. I had to park all the way in the back which didn’t look safe as it was. All in all a terrible experience and not worth the cost.

No safe in the room, the hotel is pretty old

On the positive side, breakfast was very good. Although it is an additional paid option, we felt it was worth the price because there was a good selection for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. Overall, the hotel has some good qualities, but better cleaning and maintenance of the rooms would significantly improve the experience.

Stayed here for one night and had a very good experience. The room was comfortable, and I got a great night’s sleep. I also liked that coffee was available all day, which was a nice bonus. The free breakfast was perfect for grabbing something quick before heading out in the morning. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay. I would stay here again.

Very convenient to RIT. The staff was very kind and helpful. The parking lot was well lit with ample spots.

The room was overall clean and bed was comfortable The shower needed to be cleaned. The price is too high. The breakfast needs more variety. The fresh fruits were spoiled with fuzz on them and were mixed with the other fruits. Fruit flies were sooooo much in our room

Always on their phones and the manager was always so confrontational for 0 reason. Here for 6 weeks thankfully there’s more holiday inns around

Our bathroom was super small. Theres definitely not enough room if more than 1 person was in there at the same time. This wasnt a deal breaker for us though. We would totally book another stay.
