Never got housekeeping even though it is supposed to come every other day. Ran out of tissues and shampoo. Had to find towels ourselves. Generally not clean.

My only complaint is that the bathrooms had no ventilation fan, which can be a problem for obvious reasons.

A very pleasant experience from check-in to departure. Better than average breakfast options, friendly and attentive staff, and a comfortable and attractive room.

It's a nice hotel, but needs a little bit of love. Better maintenance and cleaning is needed. The staff at the reception and breakfast was amazing! Very good breakfast!

I loved the personalized baggy we got. The breakfast was amazing. And the room was spacious and clean.

The room was more spacious than I expected Guest next to our room was yelling at 1030pm and then again around midnight. Not sure if staff was aware but it was bothersome, how ever hotel staff can’t always control the guests so not really hotel fault

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. There was an issue with the computers when we got there and they were very helpful and they finally figured out how to check in everyone while the system was down At first I was disappointed on not having a back up plan to check people in when the system was down.
