Clean and central property

The front desk staff was so patient. We had a large group and he placed our rooms in such a way that it even made remembering where we were so easy.

It was OK, but definitely below average for a Hampton Inn. Room was a good size and not filthy, but not especially clean either (shower); large TV had plenty of channels available but the cable was BARELY long enough to twist the screen toward the bed so required lots of finagling; breakfast was convenient, but disappointing. Breakfast was included and available as late as 10:00, which was nice to have flexibility, but coffee was awful (tasted like hot brown water), and the only appealing, warm option was make-your-own waffles. Other options the day we visited were very greasy cheese omelette pieces, sausage, or grits. No scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal etc. Cold cereal, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs (cold & in the shell), and juices were available so it served its purpose - just wasn’t really enjoyable. Checkout wasn’t until noon so those hours were also flexible and appreciated.

The parking lot was so packed that there were people parking in the handicap spots with no handicap tags.

Rooms were very clean. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast.

i have stayed in this property for years while visiting family. the beds are always comfortable so that is a plus. the staff for the most part is very friendly. Breakfast on saturday was a disappointment. i was traveling with my grandchildren ages 4 and 5. The juice. machine was empty. there was no waffle batter . the woman who was working in that area was unpleasant. we didn't bother with breakfast on sunday. i know they were busy and the hotel was full but isn't. that what you want... a full hotel??? the breakfast should have been kept stocked. Also the soap dish in the shower in room 220. is off the wall and was just sitting on the side of the tub. for almost $700 for a 2 nite stay it should have been an excellent experience. i doubt that i will stay at this property again

Clean, comfortable Needs some maintenance… faucet pulled away from wall and the faucet is the wrong type - comes too far and too low over the sink

Tub area a little on older side needed some work otherwise room very nice Price seemed high for the area Tub renovation ( even just better caulking

Convenient place to stay for visiting family in Rochester. Friendly, helpful people at the front desk. Breakfast was what you would expect at a hotel. The usual stuff, nothing fancy. I would stay there again.
