Fine hotel, close to a number of good restaurants. Clean and well-kept considering it needs some updates. AC worked great, friendly front desk staff.

Cons: I had hair on my bed, the shower supplies were half empty and the bathroom still had hair in it. My room was right by the elevator (fine, but loud). The elevators worked but they seemed sketchy, so I took the stairs mostly. I was going to try to use the gym there but it looks nothing like the pictures and only had a couple of treadmills and dbs. There was so bar on site (like pics show), no coffee supplies in room (beside the coffee) and no free breakfast. I tried to sit outside by the pool bc the weather was gorgeous, but was unable to do so bc it was locked and there was nowhere else to sit... I only stayed for one night, but if it were for longer I would have found somewhere else to stay.

Just a heads up. The breakfast is not included and is relatively expensive. Otherwise the hotel was clean, the location good

My room key did not work, but instead of believing me, he made fun of me and sent me back to the room five times to try the key. He eventually came upstairs with me and saw for himself that it was not working. He then gave me another room and said he would push the key under the door. I waited for two hours, but no one came. When I returned to the lobby, he said he had forgotten. To make matters worse, the heat in the new room was not working, and it was extremely cold. When I asked for a different room, he did not seem to care and only gave me extra sheets, which did nothing to solve the problem. The way I was treated was unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of respect, communication, and basic customer service made this a terrible experience. I expected much better from a Best Western Premier hotel.

Great location ti Washington DC! Staff very helpful! Great price!! No ice on the floors! Had to go down to the lobby,but no big deal

Room was clean but the shower controls were difficult to use. The control panel (on/off, temperature control) was loose and we had difficulty shutting off the water.

The tv didn’t work, went through three controllers and then it only stayed in one channel. No vent in the bathroom so it took a minute to air out after showering.

Overall it was ok because of affordable price.Low in staff . Most of the time no one at the front desk. No handsoap in the bathroom. Very little to nothing bathroom toilettes. Room carpet was coming off. Found screws on the floor. Microwave had very bad smell. I would rather spend little more money and stay somewhere else.

The sharp turns in and out is a bit challenging

The hotel has lots of parking, and is very convenient to Rockville and the Washington area. That said…it has a long road to “Premier”. Common areas were cleaned once a day but I saw dirty areas in the hallways, elevators, ever day I was there. The biggest issue for me was the ice. The machine was inoperable on the 7th floor, and the 6th floor, and evidently every floor except the 5th floor and the lobby. I trudged to the 5th floor daily. The staff was overworked. 75% of the time the front desk was not at their station because they had to deal with other issues. Obviously it is difficult to be helpful and friendly if you are constantly putting out fires. Breakfast is not included and I was not impressed with the overpriced and boring selections available during the limited hours that the restaurant was open. This place is just “okay”.
