Wingate by Wyndham - Round Rock

Breakfast, location, staff Bathroom and AC

Staff did not want to clean my room on the 3rd day. Had to call corporate to get them to do it. It was only 11:30 a.m also.

House keeping never vacuum barely want to give towels. There were tons of roaches and the ceiling was horrible. Warning do not stay there.

Very clean people friendly everything in its place NO complaints live this place

Very outdated rooms, our room smelled like mildew from the A/C unit, our shower had some hairs in it and the faucet and shower head were both mobile and not securely fastened to the wall. You definitely get what you pay for staying here.

Very good

It was a very nice hotel!

very thing was excellent and comfortable

The full stay of as great!!!

We had to wait an hour to check in as the room wasn't ready? They were still cleaning it. I reserved the room a week ago and it was a suit so I spent extra money. Apparently they did a bad job of cleaning as I found broken glass on the floor by way of my foot. Thankfully it was a small piece and I got it out with minimal bleeding. For an hour to clean i would have thought they would have swept.

Clean facilities and staff was friendly. Only one ice machine for the whole hotel and it was extremely dirty.

cockroaches in the room, electrical cords hanging out under ac unit in room, elevator one month past and can hear chains/metal hissing when going up and down, ice machine didn’t work

Some time I did not week up some time I am just eating breakfast. I told them come back later. Then never come back

Cheap hotel with friendly staff. Bugs crawling around, musky smell in the rooms, but cheap so you get what you pay for

Breakfast needs improvement. Coffee is the worst I have ever had.

Exceptional

Superb

The room was not clean daughter was moved from one room where the airconditioner was broken to a room where the door lock was broken. The situation was delt with poorly and no compensation was offered for the inconvenience. My bathroom had prior tenents hair everywhere and no room cleaning was done at all in the three days there. no clean linen was offered.

Exceptional

I called the front desk bc we needed more towels… the female was on the phone was really rude and said “we do not deliver towels to the room, if you want clean towels, bring the dirty ones to the front desk and we will exchange them”!! I replied “that’s gross!” She hung up on me. Fortunately, the cleaning lady was by my room. I explained to her what just happened and she looked at me like I had two heads! Her name is Olga, and she was very nice to me, apologized for the front desk monster and said that is not a thing! Olga went above and beyond for us! Thanks Olga !!
