Holiday Inn Austin North Round Rock by IHG

Decent hotel stay near lots of restaurants. It took a while to get assistance when arriving for check-in. Breakfast was just okay; a lot of "advertised" items were not available. Although the prepaid rate is cheaper than the "$10/person" rate, the front desk staff member did not even pay attention to guests going to breakfast. Seemed like anyone could just get breakfast without paying. The options were limited and low quality as well. Not sure I would stay here again, as there are other nicer hotels in the area.

Everything was as expected great customer service at the front desk and the dinning room. This was on me. I love the Holiday Inn Express cinnamon rolls however this was not an Express.

It was solid. Good, not great. We looked at a lot of reviews and this was highly rated. We wondered why. It’s good. It would be helpful to know what services are offered upon check in, gym, pool, restaurant hours that were different than posted. Breakfast was fine. Good hot breakfast. No juice.

The room was very clean and the staff was awesome

Guest services was awesome. Room cleanliness was awesome. Location was awesome. Beds were so hard I had to seek a chiropractor the next morning to get an adjustment. The beds

Excellent hotel

Nice, clean, and close to good eats! Nothing!

Exceptional

There wasn’t any hot water in the shower but it was ok

Cleanliness. The ac in my room did not blow hard. It was warm through out the night. Water pressure in the shower was less than par.

The location is where I wanted to be.

Very clean and staff very nice and helpful

Clean. Quite place with friendly staff. I had a great stay. Will stay again.

The staff were very friendly and professional.

Very clean!! Staff was very friendly, hallways were wide and clean, very much enjoyed the stay.

Location.

Our check-in went smoothly, even though it was a little bit earlier than the usual time, I was allowed to check in early. I brought my service dog with me and that went well too. I just filled out a form and answered s few questions. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. It was a 2 minute walk to the Round Rock Sports Center, very convenient for us. The only thing I noticed were the towels have holes on them and they looked like they’ve seen better days. But otherwise the bed and pillows were comfortable, oh BTW I could hear the conversation of other guests outside our room and the guests on top of our room have kids running around at 11Pm. We reported it but it still went passed midnight. The staff were real nice and very helpful. We only stayed for one night.

Loved everything about this location! Wish I booked longer. Friendly staff, clean and organized. We really enjoyed the whirlpool and swimming area 10 stars can’t wait to return.

Muy bueno
