SpringHill Suites by Marriott Austin Round Rock

My family had a wonderful stay at SpringHill in Round Rock. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. We will definitely stay here again!

The biggest inconvenience was that the elevator was not working for about the first half of our stay, so we had to haul all of our bags up the stairs. We also noticed that some of the lights in the bathroom were out. Other than those issues, everything was clean and comfortable, and we had a pleasant stay overall.

This Hotel is great for families and for anyone who wants to enjoy a great night sleep will be staying here again and its 5min to the roundrock amp theater. Staff was awesome great attitude keep up the good work. Housekeeping is great they do their job well.

The hotel was clean & your staff was friendly. The weekend we stayed told hotel was sold out for the TX Longhorn game and sports teams. Your breakfast selection was amazing and your ladies kept it stocked with the many people, we tipped them both to acknowledge they were doing a great job! Indoor pool was great but need little more airflow.

Did not like the breakfast, bland and not well prepared.

It was pretty clean. Beds were very firm. Staff was efficient but not very friendly.

This was the worst hotel I have ever experienced. We get to the 1st room which was so filthy it had throw up near the front of the bed, dog hair and human hair all on the floors and food all over. How they missed all that idk. It smelled of nasty mildew. They switched us rooms. The manager had us document with pictures to make sure they took care of it for their inspections. So we paid to do their job?we told him we would prefer not stay at all bc the entire place was so bad. We had 6 guests they gave two towels. We asked multiple times but the girl at the front desk was alone and couldnt get them. Finally, got some before showers. Nothing in the room extra at all. No soap, no cups ect. We had to go back down to get bedding for the couch beds. Nothing was clean from the base floor, elevators, hall ways to our rooms. The excuse was “well, we have had HVac issues so all our attention has been on that”…. For how long bc this place is gross!! They were right the ac was not cold at all in the rooms but the pool room was so blasted cold you couldn’t be in there. The breakfast was NOT good. Over all the worst experience we have ever had with any stay. We travel often and have never switched rooms or had any distain about the place. IHG needs to put some major work and restaff the cleaning crew. The manager obviously needs to have an eye for cleanliness as well. He told us he inspected this floor himself but missed a molded lampshade, throw up and filth? I would not recommend!!
